Agora tip (and plug, of course, feel free to skip): when I use a wikilink like [[fediverse]] in a top level post in one of the platforms (sometimes also in a thread, there's a few bugs), you can usually check out e.g. https://anagora.org/fediverse and see both the twitter post and the mastodon post linked by the stream bots.
I use this sometimes to quickly jump from a post in one network to a post in the other.
