because the world would do anything
to take it

as ugly as it sounds
i always knew this would happen
here. i guess
i’m paranoid or hyper aware
of the bad luck that surrounds me

i’m sorry you ever met me
and i know that you’d disagree
so that’s why i’ll do everything i must
to make my life the best it can be
